Emerging Leaders
The Emerging Leaders Program strives to strengthen students’ leadership skills by promoting ethical leadership based on the Marianist charism and the Marianist Core Leadership Values, which are consultation and collaboration, inclusiveness and equality, adaptation and change and community in mission.
With the assistance of peer mentors, each Emerging Leader will develop relationships with other student leaders, faculty and staff, as they gain knowledge and skills to make them better leaders. The program takes place in the fall and spring semesters each year.
