Official Transcripts

St. Mary’s University is partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide students with the convenience of ordering official transcripts online. Students can choose to have their transcripts sent electronically, mailed, or picked up in person. The service is available 24/7. Click the button below to start your official transcript order. Official transcripts are $10 per recipient.

Official transcripts are printed on blue security paper and include the St. Mary’s University seal, the date, and the signature of the University Registrar. Electronic transcripts issued through the National Student Clearinghouse are certified PDFs and are considered official.

Unofficial Transcripts

Current Students

Currently enrolled students can obtain a copy of their unofficial transcript by logging onto their Gateway.

Former Students

Former students must complete the unofficial transcript request form and submit the completed request form by uploading it to the dropbox below for security reasons.

Note: Requests submitted via email or fax will not be processed. Unofficial transcripts are not sent to third parties.

The drop box above is reserved only for St. Mary’s unofficial transcript requests; any other documents or transcripts uploaded through the drop box will be discarded.

Allow 2-3 business days for your request to be processed. Processing time may be extended during peak periods at the beginning and end of each semester.
