The Department of Management and Marketing prepares students to be ethical and responsible business leaders who are ready for careers as difference-makers. Our caring faculty ensure that students have essential skills and knowledge in leadership, negotiation, communication, data analysis, decision-making, innovation, change management, international business and marketing.
At the undergraduate level, the Department of Management and Marketing offers a B.B.A. in Management (with options to pursue a General Track or Entrepreneurship and Innovation Track), a B.B.A. in International Business, and a B.B.A. in Marketing (General Track or Digital Marketing Track). The Department also offers minors in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Marketing to non-business majors.
