María Kodama is president of the J.L. Borges International Foundation, an organization dedicated to the life and works of internationally acclaimed writer and poet Jorge Luis Borges. As Borges’ lifelong companion, Kodama traveled the world by his side as he lectured and received honors for his achievements. Now his widow, she continues his legacy as head of the foundation and one of the foremost scholars of his work.
