We’re excited to offer you this flexibility. In turn, it’s your responsibility to select a unit that meets or exceeds the following system specifications.

Recommended system requirements

In order to take advantage of free University software resources end-users must have one of the following operating systems:

  • Windows Vista

*Some courses require additional software that is only compatible with Window operating systems.

All computers that connect to the St. Mary’s University network are required to have Anti-virus software that is updated regularly, as well as having the latest security patches applied.
