A Healthier Future

Preparing the Next Generation of Health Professionals
For students interested in careers in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, optometry, chiropractic, podiatry, veterinary medicine or allied health professions, St. Mary’s offers a host of programs to get you into your field of choice.

Study Nursing at St. Mary’s
The newly established Department of Nursing at St. Mary’s offers a four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). The program prepares practice-ready, entry-level professional nurses by integrating a liberal arts education and Catholic and Marianist values with the skills and science of nursing.
Center for Cyber Excellence
The Center for Cyber Excellence at St. Mary’s is a collaborative venture drawing from the expertise of faculty and staff within the University.
The Center provides guidance and general cyber defense information and promotes collaboration and interaction with other students, faculty and programs.


St. Mary’s, through the Master of Science in Cybersecurity program, creates and maintains a high-standard, collaborative cybersecurity program through the National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity (NCAE-C) and has been designated a CAE-CD award.

SET Events
The School of Science, Engineering and Technology at St. Mary’s University hosts a number of annual events throughout the academic year. From Engineering Week to the Annual Research Showcase. Come join us in a number of activities hosted year-round.

Fitzgerald Earth Science Museum
The David J. Fitzgerald Museum of Earth Science is an educational component of the Department of Environmental Science and Sustainability. This museum contains exhibits that display the findings of various minerals, fossils and other geological elements.
