Pre-Health Career Conference
Feb. 23-24, 2023
St. Mary’s University has a very strong pre-health program with approximately 150 students in a range of pre-health majors, including pre-medical, dental and allied health students .
Each year, the Department of Biological Sciences at St. Mary’s University invites current students, alumni, community college students and high school students to join in learning how to be successful in reaching a career in the health fields during the Pre-Health Career Conference.
At the conference, keynote speakers, current practitioners, admissions advisers and representatives from local businesses — all from a wide variety of health occupations — are available to answer questions students may have. Attending college students can network, speak with health care experts, and learn how to become a more competitive applicant for graduate and professional schools.
