NOTE: The submission of this form does not establish a payment plan for the summer balance. A payment plan is not offered for the summer semester.
Fall 2009 Financial Planning Form (formerly Payment Confirmation Form)
The first payment for payment plan D (five payments) is due July15.

Rates for Texas Tomorrow Fund for 2009-10 Academic Year
The Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan, Texas' 529 Prepaid Higher Education Tuition Program, has established its hourly average tuition and required fee rates for the 2009-10 academic year. They are as follows:
Private College Plan semester hour rate: $ 596.51
Senior College Plan semester hour rate: $ 230.06
Junior College Plan semester hour rate: $76.43

Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan
2009-10 Academic Year
The amount billed is based on the number of credit hours the students is enrolled for the semester. For example, if a student that has a Senior College Plan with Texas Tomorrow Fund is enrolled for 15 hours for the semester, the Plan will pay $3450.90 ($230.06 x 15 hours).
The amount paid is also limited by the hours remaining on an eligible beneficiary prepaid tuition contract with Texas Tomorrow Fund.
Title IV Loan Authorization Form
This form should be submitted if you wish to use Title IV federal loan funds, such as PLUS loans and Graduate PLUS loans, to help pay for miscellaneous charges, such as parking permits and health center charges, that the loan money does not cover.
Otherwise, any balance due for these charges must be paid separately and any refunds issued will not consider PLUS and/or Graduate PLUS loans as payment for these charges.
