The Graduate Certificate in Construction Management serves the needs of individuals who would like to increase their knowledge and skill levels in the field of construction management in a short time frame.

We offer the curriculum in an accelerated format that would allow working professionals to complete the four certificate courses in only two semesters. Our graduates can enter the construction management industry with the strong foundation they can build through the certificate and through the connections we have with our industry partners.

    The 12-credit Construction Management Certificate at St. Mary’s University can be completed in just two semesters. Students can enroll in the Fall or Spring semester.
