Biography
Anjelica L. Elizondo, MPH, Ph.D., is a Visiting Assistant Professor and public health researcher with a deep-rooted passion for improving population health through mixed methods research, promoting health equity and community-based program evaluation. Her academic and professional work focuses on addressing health disparities, research to increase access to health care services and promoting evidence-based interventions for underserved communities. She applies mixed methods to assess health issues and has presented nationally at conferences such as APHA and SER. Elizondo is also passionate about mentorship and advancing equity-driven public health research and practice.
