The United States Government Printing Office (GPO) has designated St. Mary’s University’s Louis J. Blume Academic Library’s website as a “Service Partner.” As a GPO Service Partner, St. Mary’s library’s Government Information Web Subject Index will be included on the GPO’s website as a valuable resource for researchers to use in seeking information generated by federal agencies and by the U.S. Congress.

The Hispanic National Bar Association has announced St. Mary’s University School of Law alumna and 144th Criminal District Court Judge Catherine Torres-Stahl (J.D. ’93) as Latina Judge of the Year.

This summer, St. Mary’s University School of Law’s Institute on World Legal Problems commemorated 25 years of legal education in Austria. The City of Innsbruck, University of Innsbruck and the Austrian government applauded St. Mary’s for their long and prosperous partnership and honored St. Mary’s Professor of Law Gerald S.
