Scheduling your Personal Visit
We know the Campus Visit is an important part of how you’ll determine if St. Mary’s is the right school. For many students, the central part of the visit is the campus tour. In addition to the campus tour, visitors are able to meet with faculty, attend classes, and meet with members of our admission and financial assistance staff. We offer daily campus tours, group tours, and even host events that showcase life at St. Mary’s.
St. Mary’s staff will be available to help families complete and submit their students’ 2015-2015 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). We ask that you register for an appointment during the event and please bring the following documents to complete your FAFSA:
- Family 2014 (preferred) income tax return or 2013 tax return (acceptable)
- Family 2014 W-2 Forms and other records of money earned
- Birthdates, Social Security Numbers, Alien Registration numbers, and Texas Driver’s License number for the family
- FAFSA PIN numbers
- Records of child support paid or received
- Records of taxable earnings that was included in your Adjusted Gross Income
- Bank statements, stocks, bonds, other investment records, business, farm, and real estate records (not including the home you live in)

During the academic year, campus visits, including tours, are available Monday through Friday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. During the summer months, the daily campus visit begins at 10 a.m. Schedule your campus visit today.
If you would like to schedule a personalized visit during another time, please email or call 210-436-3126 or 800-367-7868 to arrange. We make every effort to be accommodating to each request. To ensure there is sufficient time to arrange your visit, we ask all requests be made at least one week in advance.
We host several events throughout the year that offer you an in-depth look at student life on our campus. Saturday at St. Mary’s is an open house program for prospective students and their families. Sleeping Bag Weekend gives high school students the opportunity to stay in the residence halls with student hosts, eat in the dining hall, meet with academic deans and faculty advisers, and attend a St. Mary’s class.
If you are a high school guidance counselor, teacher or school official and would like to bring a group of 15 or more people to visit St. Mary’s campus, then you will want to schedule a group tour. Please email or call 210-436-3126 or 800-367-7868 to arrange your visit at least two weeks in advance.
