Annual event offers family-friendly environment for trick-or-treaters
Get ready to do the St. Mary’s University Boo Bash from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27.
Celebrating its 35th year, the annual event welcomes the surrounding community to celebrate Halloween in a safe, family-friendly environment.

Located on campus at St. Mary’s University Flex Field, trick-or-treating, mini-games and other activities will be available for all boos and ghouls. The event is intended for those 14 years old and younger.
All minors must be accompanied by an adult, and an RSVP is required. The online form can be found here.
This year, students at St. Mary’s University can earn service hours by donating candy for the event. Each 10-ounce bag delivered to the Office of Student Life on the second floor of the University Center by Oct. 27 will count for one quarter of a service hour. Four bags will count for one hour.
The service hour option is part of the mission of the University to fulfill 10,000 hours of service in honor of Pope Leo XIV. The goal was inspired after a trip to Rome and a papal audience by St. Mary’s President Winston Erevelles, Ph.D.
