San Antonio – St. Mary’s volleyball signee Kelsey Huber, a senior at MacArthur High School, was named KSAT-12 Instant Replay’s Scholar Athlete of the Week on Sunday.
Huber, a co-captain for the Brahmas, received the honor in part for maintaining a 96 grade-point average, making academic-all state and being a member of the National Honor Society. On the court, she was named to the Northside and North East All-Tournament teams.
Huber signed her national letter of intent with the Lady Rattlers in December.
