San Antonio – St. Mary’s baseball players Reagan Moczygemba and Jason Garcia were two of the 11 players named to the South Central Region All-Tournament Team on Sunday.

Moczygemba, a senior third baseman from Bulverde, Texas, led all players in the tournament with 10 hits. He finished with a .556 average in four games, totaling 13 bases and driving in one run and scoring seven.

Garcia, a senior right fielder from Falfurrias, Texas, batted .444 with two RBIs and one run scored. He totaled eight hits during the tournament.

Central Missouri’s Matt Curtis was named the Tournament Most Valuable Player after leading the Mules to the regional title with a complete-game shutout of Incarnate Word in Sunday’s championship game. The Mules won 7-0 in the final game ever to be played at V.J. Keefe Field.
