San Antonio – St. Mary’s University head cross country coach James Kling announced on Wednesday the signing of Raquel Quintero to a national letter of intent to run for the Rattlers, starting in the fall of 2010.
Quintero (Fr., Corpus Christi, Texas) was a three-sport athlete at Mary Carroll High School, competing in cross country, track and field and soccer. St. Mary’s finished seventh at the 2009 Heartland Conference Championships and returns three of their top five runners from the 2009 season.
