San Antonio – Rain in central Texas forced the postponement of the St. Mary’s University baseball and softball games, scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
The Rattler women were slated to take on Lincoln University in a doubleheader at Rattler Field at 2 p.m. Those games will be made up on Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. St. Mary’s is currently ranked #10 in the nation with a 22-10 overall record and a 2-0 mark in Heartland Conference play.
The baseball team was set to take on Tarleton State University in a doubleheader at 4 p.m. in Stephenville. The inclement weather will now force the teams to play a single game on Wednesday at 4 p.m. in Stephenville. The Rattlers are 15-7 overall this season and 12-4 in Heartland Conference play. They will return home this weekend for a three-game series against Texas A&M International University on Friday and Saturday.
