Alan W. Dreeben, vice chairman of Republic Beverage Company, will address the Forum on Entrepreneurship Breakfast Series, a partnership between St. Mary’s University and the San Antonio business community, on Tuesday, April 3.

Dreeben is currently vice chairman for Republic Beverage Company, which will soon become Republic National Distributing Company. Once the merger is complete, this will be the second-largest beverage distributing company in the United States, with projected annual sales of more than $4 billion. He is also an advisory director of Cullen Frost Bank.

The event is Tuesday, April 3 at 7:30 a.m. at Pearl Stable at the historic Pearl Brewery, 312 Pearl Parkway, Building 2.

The Entrepreneurship Breakfast Series advances entrepreneurial activities in San Antonio and promotes the development of student scholarships at St. Mary’s. This is the 20th year of the breakfast series, which was started in 1986 by Brother Paul Goelz, S.M. The series is conducted by the Algur H. Meadows Center for Entrepreneurship Studies within the Bill Greehey School of Business at St. Mary’s University.
