Kyle Hyslop, a sophomore forward from Alamo Heights, and Jennifer O’Connor, a senior goalkeeper from Austin, were named Heartland Conference Players Of The Week for women’s soccer.
Tara Wicketts, a freshman from Cibolo, earned Heartland Conference Runner-Of-The-Week honors.
Hyslop scored the game winner and added an assist in a 2-0 win over rival UIW. O’Connor led the Rattlers to a 1-0-1 record for the week, including a 0-0 tiw with conference leaders St. Edward’s and the win over UIW.
Wicketts ran a 24-34 to finish first in the Heartland Conference meet, held last weekend at UTSA. She helped the team finish in third place overall.
