ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Rodriguez, who was born in Tampico, Mexico in 1955, joined the North
American Development Bank in 1995. He holds an engineering degree from the
Monterrey Institute of Technology and Advanced Studies (ITESM) and a
master’s degree in public administration from Harvard University, where he
was awarded the Littauer Fellow Academic Award.
