Athletics: Compliance – Representatives of Athletics Interests

St. Mary’s University and its Athletics Department are responsible for the actions of the institution’s representatives of athletics interests (boosters). All boosters are strictly prohibited from engaging in any off-campus recruitment of prospective student-athletes. With the institution’s commitment to the principles of sportsmanship, ethical conduct, rules compliance and amateurism, the Athletics Department will inform those identified as boosters of pertinent NCAA rules and regulations. Through various athletics publications and/or use of the department website, the Compliance Officer will educate known booster organizations.
