Before St. Mary’s

Prior to St. Mary’s, Assistant Dean Hartman had been in the commercial title business since 1979 with several leading title companies in San Antonio. Immediately before joining St. Mary’s in 2001, he was Vice President and Commercial Marketing Executive at Ticor Title Agency, having previously worked as a Commercial Marketing Executive with Stewart Title Co. In addition, Mr. Hartman was the Manager of the real estate section at the Law Office of James L. Brister, P.L.L.C. and was a staff attorney with Heard, Goggan, Blair & Williams in San Antonio.
