The Certificate in Community-Based Assessment and Evaluation at St. Mary’s University is designed to prepare students to help non-profit organizations build internal capacity for culturally responsive evaluation. Students learn how to assemble and make sense of quantitative and qualitative data for the purposes of providing an ecological sound account of program impact.

Undergraduate Certificate in Community-Based Assessment and Evaluation

Students pursuing the undergraduate certificate will strengthen their applications to graduate school by learning advanced concepts in applied statistics, measurement and grant writing. Students pursuing the graduate certificate will develop research skills and strengthen their knowledge of statistics, making them more appealing to prospective doctoral programs or employers.
