{"id":3445,"date":"2023-08-02T15:41:15","date_gmt":"2023-08-02T15:41:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.stmarytx.edu\/policies\/?post_type=athletics&#038;p=3445"},"modified":"2025-07-08T19:20:54","modified_gmt":"2025-07-08T19:20:54","slug":"athletics-ticket-procedures","status":"publish","type":"athletics","link":"https:\/\/www.stmarytx.edu\/policies\/athletics\/athletics-ticket-procedures\/","title":{"rendered":"Athletics: Business\u00a0\u2013 Ticket Procedures"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>St. Mary&#8217;s Athletics tickets for the following sports: Volleyball, Men&#8217;s and Women&#8217;s Basketball, Men&#8217;s and Women&#8217;s Soccer, STUNT, Softball and Baseball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>General Admission (online &#8211; pre-purchased) \u2013 $12*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General Admission (onsite &#8211; credit card)\u00a0\u2013 $12*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Child (8-12 years)&nbsp;\u2013 $3*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 and Under \u2013 FREE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>St. Mary\u2019s Student \u2013 One (1) Free Admission with valid ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>St. Mary\u2019s Faculty\/Staff \u2013 Two (2) Free Admissions with valid ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rattler Nation ($250-$499 donor level) \u2013 One (1) Free Admission per home event with valid Rattler Nation card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rattler Nation ($500 donor level and above) \u2013 Two (2) Free Admissions per home event with valid Rattler Nation card<br><br><em>*Carries additional small credit card transaction fee<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seating<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All sections in each venue are General Admission seating for St. Mary&#8217;s Athletics events.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Purchasing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>General public tickets can be purchased in advance at&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.stmutickets.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.StMUtickets.com<\/a>. You will be provided an e-ticket that will need to be printed off or downloaded onto your phone before you arrive at the venue. For St. Mary\u2019s students, faculty and staff, or Rattler Nation members that wish to purchase additional tickets, please visit the website to purchase General Admission tickets. Tickets can also be purchased at the ticket box office starting one hour prior to the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">St. Mary&#8217;s ID<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>St. Mary\u2019s Students and Faculty\/Staff will need a valid St. Mary\u2019s ID card with current semester posted on ID to gain entry into the venue. You will not be provided with a hard ticket as your IDs will be shown at the door upon entry. You may go to&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.stmutickets.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.StMUtickets.com<\/a>&nbsp;to print off an e-ticket if you desire. In order to do this, you must follow the link on the left side of the Tickets homepage. You will then log in using your Gateway ID and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pet Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Animals are prohibited except for certified service animals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rattler Nation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rattler Nation members who have donated $250-$499 in the current academic year will be provided access to one (1) Rattler Nation digital ticket via the ticketing website, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stmutickets.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.StMUtickets.com<\/a>. Rattler Nation donors who have given $500 or above in the current fiscal year will be provided access to two (2) Rattler Nation digital tickets via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stmutickets.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.StMUtickets.com<\/a>. Shortly after a donor&#8217;s gift is made, this digital ticketing access will be activated online and emailed to the donor by an Athletics staff member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Discounted Group Rate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>St. Mary&#8217;s Athletics offers special group rates to our home games.
