Preliminary schedules should be submitted to Athletics administration by the respective head coach&#8217;s first budget meeting for the new fiscal year. Coaches can utilize this <a href=\"https:\/\/stmarytx.wufoo.com\/forms\/p1d9ufu90f7whbm\/\">link<\/a> to submit their proposed schedules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After submitting the proposed schedule through the aforementioned link, Athletics administration will review for approval the proposed schedule. Upon approval by the Executive Director of Athletics and\/or the respective Associate Athletics Director with team oversight, the head coach will provide schedules and other game information (game guarantee, etc.) to the Assistant Athletics Director for Administration &amp; Business Operations for contract preparation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coaches are responsible for ensuring that their travel expenses will fit within the approved budget from year-to-year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contracts will be prepared by the Assistant Athletics Director for Administration &amp; Business Operations and returned to the head coach to check for accuracy and to sign.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Executive Director of Athletics (or designee) will sign contracts after they have been signed by the head coach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The contract is then sent to the other institution(s) for signature. Coaches and staff members will ensure schedules are designed to minimize the number of classes student-athletes will miss.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All incoming game contracts for away athletic events require head coach and Director of Athletics signatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note: <\/strong>If a coach needs to make a change to an LSC scheduled contest, he\/she should alert the Executive Director of Athletics and Senior Woman&#8217;s Administrator and officially submit the request through this <a href=\"https:\/\/stmarytx.wufoo.com\/forms\/schedule-change-submission-form\">link<\/a>. If approved to move forward, the SWA will complete the required LSC form seeking the approval of the Directors of Athletics of<strong> both<\/strong> institutions.
