The Department of Industrial/Organizational Psychology prepares students for work in private industry, governmental agencies, nonprofit organizations, and universities and for advanced academic studies at the doctorate level. Our students think critically and logically about topics in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Research, service and career preparation are all emphasized to fully prepare Industrial/Organizational Psychology majors for jobs or doctoral studies.
