This fall semester, many offices are offering a blend of in-person and virtual services to students and the St. Mary’s Community.
Professional advisers at the Rattler Success Center are available for academic advising appointments via Zoom. New students should contact their academic adviser directly via email or Navigate to schedule an appointment. Returning students can email firstname.lastname@example.org for advising assistance.
The Business Office offers in-person services at limited capacity and encourages using remote services when possible and the dropbox just outside the office when possible.
- Place documents in the dropbox in a secured envelope including student name, Rattler ID number, phone number (optional) and the reason for your deposit.
- You will receive an email confirming receipt within 24 hours.
The Office of Financial Assistance is accepting virtual appointments and walk-ins (limit one student and one guest, or a total of three allowed in the office at one time). Schedule an appointment via RattlerNAVIGATE or call the office at 210-436-3141.

The Office of Student Advocacy and Anti-Violence Education (OSAVE) provides confidential advocacy and outreach services to survivors of relationship violence or sexual violence. Appointments are available through the HIPAA-compliant version of Zoom or by telephone. Virtual educational programs on healthy relationships and gender-based violence are available.
