This fall semester, many offices are offering a blend of in-person and virtual services to students and the St. Mary’s Community.

Professional advisers at the Rattler Success Center are available for academic advising appointments via Zoom.  New students should contact their academic adviser directly via email or Navigate to schedule an appointment.  Returning students can email academic.advising@stmarytx.edu for advising assistance.

The Business Office offers in-person services at limited capacity and encourages using remote services when possible and the dropbox just outside the office when possible.

  • Place documents in the dropbox in a secured envelope including student name, Rattler ID number, phone number (optional) and the reason for your deposit. 
  • You will receive an email confirming receipt within 24 hours.

The Office of Student Advocacy and Anti-Violence Education (OSAVE) provides confidential advocacy and outreach services to survivors of relationship violence or sexual violence.
