All needs for repair are reported to the Physical Plant daily (Monday through Friday) and are usually completed within three to four working days of the report. If the repair is not completed within this time, contact your RA. He/she may ask you to fill out another work order noting that this is a second request. General repairs and preventive maintenance are done without charge to the resident. However, community members are held financially responsible for malicious damage and vandalism. You are also encouraged to submit work orders for repairs needed in common areas of the hall.
