Morgan L. Grace holds a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies; her degree concentrations were specific to organizational communication management and quantitative statistical data analysis. Grace is currently pursuing her Greehey MBA for Values-driven Leaders at St. Mary's University. She also has an academic research focus in interpersonal and cross-cultural communication strategies along with organizational communication and gender satisfaction.
Grace has spent the last decade working and teaching at various universities in the U.S. and Australia, teaching Business Communications, Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communications, and Introduction to Communication courses. She also has a background in speech and debate and serves as the Vice-President of Marketing of Auntie Snaps Gourmet Cookies, an LLC she co-founded in 2005.
Grace returned to Houston in 2012 after living abroad in Sydney, Australia, where she served as the Dean of Basser College at the University of New South Wales. She recently left her post as a faculty member at the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University and moved to the San Antonio area in July 2016, joining the Greehey School of Business in Spring 2017.
