Biography
Demetrius Donseroux, Ph.D., is a visiting professor in the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Services. His primary research track focuses on career transition through the life cycle. A second research track relates to the measurement of human emotional responses to traumatic life events.
Currently, he is working on a mixed-methods project related to women who have had traumatic experiences in the United States military.
Donseroux has been a mental health consultant to faith-based organizations for a number of years and he has served as a consultant to some local foundations. In addition, he is focused on developing the next generation of mental health counseling professionals. To that end, he is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of Texas and Washington.
