Conference Location and Resources

Held on the beautiful campus of St. Mary’s University located on the west side of San Antonio. The address for campus is One Camino Santa Maria, San Antonio, Texas 78228. St. Mary’s University will provide shuttle service to and from the campus to the La Quinta Riverwalk Hotel.


Conference attendees will check-in on the second floor of the University Center.

Directions to Hotel from Airport

The hotel is situated off IH-37/US-281. From the airport, take US-281 S. US-281 merges with IH-37 as you enter the downtown area. Continue to exit 141A for E Commerce Street. Take exit 141A, make right on E Commerce. At light, turn right on Bowie Street. La Quinta will be on the right at corner of Bowie Street and Blum Street.

Directions to Campus

From the San Antonio International Airport: Head east on S Terminal Drive. Keep right to continue on E Terminal Drive. Slight left to stay on E Terminal Drive. Continue onto Airport Blvd. Turn right onto Access Rd/NE Interstate 410 Loop. Take the ramp on left onto 410W. Stay on 410W until Culebra Road Exit 10. Turn Left on Culebra Road. Follow Culebra Road approximately 4.2 miles to Memorial Drive. Turn Left at Memorial Drive and enter St. Mary’s Campus.

From the La Quinta Riverwalk: Turn Left on Bowie Street. Turn right onto E Commerce Street. Travel Commerce Street until General McMullan. Turn Right on General McMullan. Proceed to Culebra Road. Turn left onto Culebra Rd. Continue on Culebra Road until Memorial Street. Turn right at Memorial and enter the St. Mary’s Campus.


Taxi/Lyft/Uber from Airport: Taxi, Uber and Lyft provide pickup services at the airport. The average cost from the airport to the hotel is $15-$20.
