  • Message from the LFP Coordinator

    As of June 4, 2020

The 30th Annual Lilly Fellows National Conference originally scheduled for October 9-11, 2020, on our St. Mary’s University campus in San Antonio, Texas, will be held virtually.

Given the practical and safety concerns associated with travel, there is no choice. Moreover, restrictions on our ability to sing, converse and dine together would significantly alter the essential components of the meeting.

In place of these face-to-face meetings, we will host the conference as a virtual event and will continue to address the conference theme, Tranquillitas Ordinis: Liberal Arts Education and the Common Good.

More details regarding the conference schedule and registration will appear in early July. LFP members will be notified via email as more information is available. Please continue to look for posted changes on this website.

We continue to pray for your health and happiness and well as the safety of your students, your colleagues and your families.

    Alicia Cordoba Tait, D.M.A.
    LFP National Conference 2020 Coordinator
Beirne Director, Center for Catholic Studies, and Professor of Music
