As an admitted student, you’ll get an exclusive, in-depth look at life as a St. Mary’s University Rattler. On Sunday night, you and other admitted students will explore San Antonio and its rich culture while enjoying a riverboat ride through the world-famous River Walk and dinner downtown. You’ll stay in one of our residence halls and be paired with a roommate, engage with current Rattlers, and have the chance to observe and participate in a St. Mary’s class.

What to Bring to Sleeping Bag Weekend
As you prepare for Sleeping Bag Weekend, please bring the following items:
- Sleeping bag or blanket (pillow and bed sheets provided)
- Toiletries (towel provided)
- Walking shoes and clothing items for two days
- Phone charger and any medications
If you’d like to get a head start on learning the Rattler lingo, take a moment to explore our online Cam•pus•ol•ogy brochure. It will show you what you need to know to be in the “know” at St. Mary’s!
