You made the first 5K a resounding success
Thanks are extended to the more than 900 participants who took part in the first-ever StMU 5K for the Neighborhood in October 2014. The event was part of an ongoing effort to enhance quality of life for our neighbors. St. Mary’s strives to be a vital partner in promoting the health and wellness, education, and safety of our West Side community.
Proceeds from the 2014 StMU 5K were used to enhance the neighborhood surrounding St. Mary’s by donating students’ registration fees to United Way agencies operating on the West Side, as well as assistance to our neighbors. Take a look at some of the photos from this great event — and get your sneakers ready for the next one in fall 2015!
