University offices and classes postponed until 10 AM, Wednesday, July 3, 2002 due to heavy rains and flooding in San Antonio, TX.
In addition, the National Youth Sports Program and Upward Bound have been cancelled. Finals scheduled today for first 2 morning classes have been rescheduled for Friday.
