What is U.P.C.?
The University Programming Council is a non-profit organization that provides entertainment to promote educational, social, and cultural events for the St. Mary’s Community through organization and collaboration.
We are an organization run by the students for the students. You can join at anytime. We would love your input. UPC is a department of the University. Part of the University fee paid in tuition is alloted to us in order to plan all of these events for the students. Most of our events are free of charge.
MISSION: The University Programming Council, through organization and collaboration, provides entertainment to promote and develop educational, social, and cultural events for the greater St. Mary's community.
