UPC Executive Board Application:

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Current enrollment as a full-time student at St. Mary's University.
• Must have and maintain a minimum semester and cumulative GPA of at least a 2.5.
• Not be on scholastic or judicial probation.
• If you are applying for President, you must have completed at least 30 hours of academic work at St. Mary's University and have at least one year of experience as a UPC executive board member.
• If you are applying for a Vice President, you must have completed at least 12 hours of academic work at St. Mary's University and have at least one semester of programming experience.

APPLICATION TIMELINE:

• Monday, January 28, 2013: Applications available at the Student Life Office
• Friday, February 22, 2013: Applications components due to UPC: C/O Tanairi Ochoa by 5:00 PM. (Submit applications at the front desk of the Student Life Office which at this time, you will sign up for an interview time.) Components are:
1. UPC Executive Board Member Application
2. Answers to Supplemental Questions
3. 1 completed Recommendation Form from a Faculty/Staff
• Monday, February 25 - Wednesday, February 27, 2013: Individual Interviews
• Thursday, February 28, 2013: Announcement of 2013 - 2014 UPC Executive Board
• Friday, March 1, 2013: Transition Retreat
