Amnesty International: Conditionally Recognized

Amnesty International is an independent, worldwide organization working for the protection of human rights with a focus on the release of prisoners of conscience--people detained because of their beliefs, race, sex, ethnic origin, language, or religion. Amnesty members work to attain fair and prompt trials for all political prisoners and to bring an end to torture and execution. Through petitions, letter writing, and grassroots movements, Amnesty works to generate awareness of world-wide injustices.
The Anime Beat: Conditionally Recognized

The purpose of the Anime Beat is to introduce its members to the beauty and liveliness of animation, centered around selected films, series and other works from Japan, as it strives to provide a glimpse into the Land of the Rising Sun's fascinating and intricate culture. Native American Student Association (NASA):

The purpose of NASA is to provide a support group for Native American students and to educate the campus community about issues related to Native American affairs.
Phi Theta Kappa Alumni Association: Conditionally Recognized

The focus of the senio institution-oriented alumni assocation is to provide programs and materials designed to ease members' transfer from the two-year college to the senior institution. Phi Theta Kappans transferring to the senior institution find, through the alumni association, a ready-made "family" or circle of acquaintances to begin their lives at the senior institution. Thse alumni associations serve to aid the assimilation of transfer students within the senior institution environment.
