Risk Management Compliance

The state of Texas enacted bill 1138 on September 1, 2007 requiring all post-secondary educational institutions to provide a yearly risk management program for members [and advisors] of student organizations registered at the institution beginning Fall 2008.

The scheduled Risk Management Compliance Training dates were accomplish the goals of administrating training for the leadership of student organizations as prescribed by the SB 1138. The risk management compliance training is in April for groups seeking continued renewal for the following yearations. The risk management compliance training is also offered at the beginning of each semester for starting organizations.
