Engineering Students Build Solar Panel

San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro had a color in mind for this year's Fiesta green! Fiesta Verde was the Mayor's idea to make Fiesta more environmentally friendly promoting recycling efforts at most major events. Fiesta Oyster Bake answered that call and with the help of some motivated engineering students "one upped it" by also using renewable energy to power some vendor booths.
