Captain Jeter first enlisted in the Army as a Military Policeman and Operating Room Technician for his first seven years in the Army. Captain Jeter was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the US Army Medical Service Corp through the Reserve Officer Training Program at Northwestern State University of Louisiana where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. He received his Masters Degree in Acquisition and Procurement from Webster University. His military education includes the Medical Service Officer Advance and Basic Courses, the Combined Armed Services Staff School, the Combat Developers Course, the Medical Logistics Management Course, the Company Commanders Course, the Medical Logistics Training Program, and the Contracting Fundamentals & Contracting Officer Representative Course. Captain Jeter has been awarded the Expert Field Medical Badge, the Parachutist Badge, and the Drivers Badge.
