Policies and Regulations
Part of living on campus is following the policies that are put into place to make the residence halls a welcoming place for all students. Residents are expected to observe all federal, state and local laws as well as the residence hall regulations covered in the ResidenceLife Handbook, your Application/ Agreement form, the Student Handbook, and other University publications. Noncompliance with any policy or regulation listed in any of these publications may result in disciplinary action. It is the responsibility of all residents to discourage other persons from violating those standards and/or report a violation of community standards to the Residence Life Staff.

Student Permits
Parking permits may be obtained during Fall, Spring or Summer I registrations (dates, times and location as specified by the Office of the Registrar), or at the Police Department Parking and Traffic Division during office hours.
Parking permits will only be issued to the person who purchased the permit. If you have time constraints, please contact our office for special arrangements.
Student parking permits are valid for one academic year (Fall to Summer II), and only while the student is currently enrolled (i.e. billable).
Obtaining a Permit
To obtain a parking permit, please be prepared to show proof of the following:
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of valid registration
- Student ID card
- Current bill from the Bursar's office
- Valid proof of insurance. Expired cards are not accepted.
- Vehicle make, model, year and color
- License plate number
