Mission of the Office of Residence Life

The Office of Residence Life at St. Mary's University is a component of the Student Development Division shaped by Marianist traditions. Residence Life provides residence halls that are communities which develop students' life skills and personal responsibility and serve as transitional environments to future roles and service to society.

Damage Appeal Process

If you are charged for a damage upon checking out of your room this December, you may appeal the charge by using the form below. Please note that all appeal forms must be postmarked or emailed by December 27, 2012, and that community damages are not eligible for appeal.

Not living on campus next semester?

Let us know about your INTENT TO VACATE
If you are currently living on campus, but are not planning to continue living on campus for the Spring 2013 semester for ANY reason including withdrawing, transferring, graduating, or studying abroad, you must fill out the INTENT TO VACATE form and turn it in to the Residence Life Office by 5pm on November 12.
If you have questions, please contact your Hall Director or the Residence Life Office.

Have a TV in your room? Now you can watch recent releases and old favorites - it's as easy as 1-2-3 because channel 123 is now Reslife Cinema! Movies will be playing around the clock, so tune in. Watch for programs that your RA may be having, so that you can watch it with friends.

Residence Life has partnered with LaundryView so that you can check the status of machines in your laundry room online without ever setting foot outside your dorm room.
