Parents and Guests

St. Mary's University believes that parent and guest involvement is an important part of the orientation process.

We strongly encourage parents to attend this program, as it is designed to help better understand the changes and challenges the student may encounter in college. Parents and guests accompanying their student to New Student Orientation will attend special programs specifically designed for parents and guests. They will have the opportunity to hear from University staff members and meet parents of current students.

Registration

The registration process for parents and guests is a part of the student online registration process in Gateway. Each student can bring two guests to the Zaragoza Program at no additional cost.

Fees for additional guests:

• $30 per person each additional guest over the age of 12
• $15 per person for each guest between the ages of four and 12
• Guests under four years old are free

Payment for additional guests is due at check-in.
