Academic Advising

The University offers students an academic advising program that emphasizes the student-adviser relationship, the development of educational and career goals, and engagement in career exploration activities.

Business Office

The Business Office serves all of the University community, and is the center for all student financial transactions during a student's enrollment at St. Mary's University. This is where students pay tuition, collect history of accounts, cash personal checks, and, if applicable, pick up refunds.

Disability Support Services

The University ensures accessibility to its programs, classes, services, and activities to all qualified individuals with disabilities.This accessibility is accomplished through a variety of services and accommodations tailored to meet each individual's strengths and needs.

Financial Assistance

The Office of Financial Assistance serves to help connect students and families with the financial resources required to finance a St. Mary's education. Our staff works personally with students and their families to explain available options and help them to choose the best methods to meet the cost of attendance.

Health Center

The Student Health Center is an outpatient primary health clinic located on the first floor of Charles Francis. All currently enrolled students of St. Mary's University are eligible to receive care at the Student Health Center.

International Student Services

The International Services Office helps you navigate your transition to life as a student in the United States. Prior to your arrival on campus, we can provide advice for your visa application and entry into the US. After you arrive, we will give you orientation information to explain your rights and responsibilities as an international student and advice on adjusting to American culture. Throughout your study program, we are available to answer your questions about immigration issues, host cultural and social events, and refer you to the appropriate campus and government offices when you need services outside our support.

Residence Life

The Office of Residence Life at St. Mary's University is a component of the Student Development Division shaped by Marianist traditions. Residence Life provides residence halls that are communities which develop students' life skills and personal responsibility and serve as transitional environments to future roles and service to society.
