Sign-Up

St. Mary's University believes that parent and guest involvement is an important part of the orientation process. Sign-Up for parents and guests is a part of the online Sign-Up process on Gateway, completed by the student. Each student can bring 2 guests to New Student Orientation at no additional cost. There will be a fee for each additional guest.

Program

Parents and guests that accompany their student to New Student Orientation will attend special programs specifically designed for parents and guests. They will have the opportunity to hear from University staff members and meet parents of current students.

We strongly encourage parents to attend this program, as it is designed to help better understand the changes and challenges the student may encounter in college.

Additional Guests

A nominal fee will be collected when you check-in at orientation for each additional guest. For guests over the age of 12, the fee is $30 each. Guests between the ages of four and 12 are $15. Guests under four years old are free.
