Emergency Notifcation Procedures
Students, Faculty and Staff:
- Telephone Alerts – If necessary, voice messages may be posted to all student rooms, and faculty and staff offices with University telephones.
- E-mail Notification
- E-mail messages – Official news, information and instructions will be distributed by e-mail. Please check your St. Mary’s e-mail regularly.
- Students are encouraged to forward important e-mail notifications to their parent(s) to keep them informed of the evolving Swine Flu situation.
- Website updates – Stay informed about the H1N1 (Swine) Flu virus and St. Mary’s plans to minimize its spread. Go to www.stmarytx.edu or Gateway and click on Flu Advisory.
