Delegate Registration

Registration Form
Please fill out the registration form and e-mail it to moas@stmarytx.edu.

Registration and country requests will be accepted beginning May 15, 2009. Country assignments will begin on June 1st. All registrations and country requests received by midnight on May 31 will be assigned by random draw. Registration and country requests received on or after June 1 will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. A school may lose its assigned country if registration fees are not received by September 30, unless alternative payment arrangements are made.

Please note that registration fees ($300/delegation) cover the following:

  • Thursday evening reception
  • Friday lunch (breakfast for guests of MOAS-affiliated hotel)
  • Meal card with $15 credit for Friday dinner
  • Saturday lunch (breakfast available for guests of MOAS-affiliated hotel)
  • All conference materials

Participants are responsible for lodging Thursday and Friday nights, dinner Thursday night, and any transportation or personal expenses.
