- Online Registration and Country Requests Begins May 15
- Country Assignments Begin June 1
Registration and country requests received by midnight on May 31 will be assigned by random draw beginning June 1. Registration and country requests received on or after June 1 will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. School may lose their assigned countries if registration fees are not paid by September 30, unless alternative payment arrangements are made.
Registration Fees are Due by September 30th ($300/delegation)

- Online registration for the Parliamentary Procedures Workshop (optional) will be accepted until October 1.
- Payment for the Workshop must be received by October 1st unless alternative payment options are arranged.
Country Position Papers Due by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 29
- One country position paper per country delegation
- Submit country position paper through your Faculty Advisor to MOAS@stmarytx.edu
- A delegation will not be eligible for outstanding or distinguished delegation awards unless a country position paper is submitted

Preliminary Resolutions are Due by noon on Wednesday, October 28
- One to three preliminary resolutions per country per committee
- Submit the preliminary resolutions through your Faculty Advisor to MOAS@stmarytx.edu
- A delegate will not be eligible for outstanding or distinguished delegate awards unless one or more preliminary resolutions are submitted
