Preliminary Resolutions
How to Build a Preliminary Resolution:
These guidelines should help you develop your preliminary resolutions. Remember, there should be one to three preliminary resolutions per committee that respond to the topics listed for each committee (see Committees and Topics). All preliminary resolutions should be electronically submitted, through your Faculty Advisor, to MOAS@stmarytx.edu. The due date for all preliminary resolutions is noon on Wednesday, October 28th... late preliminary resolutions will be not be accepted. A delegate is not eligible for outstanding or distinguished delegate awards if a preliminary resolution is not received.
